Review of dozens of psychiatric cases with claims against the government.  NOTE:  This is the military equivalent of performing expert witness services in situations where individuals are claiming damages from treatment provided.

 

Performed hundreds of military psychiatric disability evaluations (PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), sexual harassment cases just to name a few) over a period of 14 years.

 

Performed competency and sanity evaluations to stand trial (military 706 Sanity Boards) in at least 100 instances.

 

Provided testimony at military hearings (similar to civilian depositions) on at least one dozen occasions.
